2. Website Scope & Demo Requests
- Informational Only: This website is a Business-to-Business (B2B) informational platform. It does not feature e-commerce capabilities, and product prices are not displayed.
- Demonstration Requirements: To request a product demonstration, prospective clients must provide their official company name, registered business address, and company registration number.
- Quotations: Custom, delivered quotations are generated and issued only after a successful physical product demonstration has been completed at your premises. All subsequent commercial agreements, pricing, payment terms, and return/refund policies are governed strictly by the final signed customer contract, not by this website.
3. Food Safety, Cold Chain, and HACCP Compliance
- Frozen Standards: All Lush Food Group products are premium frozen goods.
- Our Guarantee: We maintain strict Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) compliance. Products are stored and transported entirely within our own managed cold-chain infrastructure (warehouses and specialized delivery vehicles) strictly maintained at -20°C.
- Handoff Protocols: We conduct a mandatory physical temperature check at the exact point of delivery. Once the delivery temperature is verified and accepted by the client, the responsibility for maintaining the cold chain and proper frozen storage shifts entirely to the customer.
PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY
4. Personal & Corporate Data We Collect
When you interact with our website or request a demo, we collect:
- Corporate Data: Company name, business registration number, and operating address.
- Contact Data: Authorized representative name, email address, WhatsApp number, and landline number.
- Technical Data: IP address, browser type, and cookie identifiers collected automatically via our Odoo platform.
5. Use and Disclosure of Data
We use your information exclusively to schedule physical demonstrations, conduct business verifications, and generate commercial quotations. Data is shared internally between our Malaysian and Singaporean entities to facilitate regional distribution. We do not sell or lease your data to third parties.
6. Cross-Border Data Transfers
As a regional operation, data shared with us may be processed or stored by either our Malaysian or Singaporean entities. We ensure all cross-border internal transfers comply fully with both the Malaysian PDPA 2010 and Singapore PDPA 2012 data protection frameworks.
